30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a refund:
Email us at support@poreveil.com with your 
order number and reason for the return. 
We will process your refund within 3-5 
business days. No return shipping required.

Conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days 
  of delivery
- One refund per customer
- Refunds are issued to the original 
  payment method

Damaged or incorrect orders:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, 
please contact us within 7 days of delivery 
with a photo. We will send a replacement or 
issue a full refund immediately.

Processing time:
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. 
Depending on your bank, it may take an 
additional 5-10 business days for the refund 
to appear on your statement.
