Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders.
No minimum order required.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 3-5 business days
Shipping time: 7-12 business days
Total estimated delivery: 10-17 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates 
and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, 
or high order volumes.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped you will 
receive a confirmation email with your 
tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business 
days after ordering before tracking 
information becomes active.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 20 
business days of your order date, please 
contact us at support@poreveil.com and 
we will investigate immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, 
please contact us within 7 days of delivery 
with a photo of the damage. We will send a 
replacement or issue a full refund at no 
additional cost.

Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes must be requested within 
12 hours of placing your order by emailing 
support@poreveil.com. We cannot guarantee 
changes after this window as orders are 
processed quickly.
